Hartanto Wibowo, an Indonesian citizen, born in Boyolali on February 9, 1976. Appointed as Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development of PT PLN (Persero) pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-213/MBU/09/2022 dated September 21, 2022. Previously served as Director of Primary Energy of PT PLN (Persero) since January 6, 2022.

Professional Experience & Expertise
Hartanto began his career at PT PLN (Persero) in 2003 and has since held various strategic positions in planning, finance, risk management, and business development. His career includes serving as Finance and Human Resources Director of PT PLN Batubara (2018–2020), Executive Vice President of Budgeting (2021–2022), as well as several other managerial roles in procurement strategy, business partnerships, risk management, and business development. With more than two decades of experience at PLN, Hartanto has significantly contributed to driving PLN’s role as a key enabler of Indonesia’s energy transition while strengthening the company’s position as a reliable, sustainable, and globally competitive energy provider.
