Indonesian citizen born in Boyolali on February 9, 1976. Hartanto Wibowo earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Bandung Technology Institute and then completed his Master of Financial Management in Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta.

Appointed as Director of Primary Energy of PT PLN (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders Number SK-2/MBU/01/2022 dated January 6, 2022. And appointed as Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development of PT PLN (Persero) on September 21, 2022 based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the General Meeting of Shareholders Number SK-213/MBU/09/2022.

Hartanto Wibowo had a number of important positions including as Head of Corporate Planning and Development of PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (2016), Vice President of Portfolio Management (2016-2017), Director of Finance concurrently Director of Development of PT PLN Batubara (2018-2020), EVP Risk Management and EVP of Budgeting of PT PLN (Persero), and Director of Primary Energy of PT PLN (Persero) on January – September 2022.
