Board of Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners is an assembly and each member of the Board of Commissioners cannot act individually but
based on the decision of the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners is appointed and terminated by the GMS.
The composition, requirements, nominations, and appointments of Members of the Board of Commissioners are determined by
the GMS in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.
