Yusuf Didi Setiarto, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Padang on January 17, 1974. He was appointed as Director of Legal & Human Capital of PLN pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-213/MBU/09/2022 dated September 21, 2022. Previously served as Director of Human Capital Management since December 7, 2021 based on SK-392/MBU/12/2021.

He is skilled in gross split cooperation negotiation, energy law regulation, public policy advocacy, human capital management, and organizational change. With these competencies, he supports PLN in ensuring legal certainty and compliance, while strengthening HR capabilities to face energy transition challenges.
