Arsyadany Ghana Akmalaputri, an Indonesian citizen, was born in Semarang on October 25, 1982. He was appointed as Director of Distribution of PLN pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-159/MBU/06/2025 and the Decree of the COO of Danantara as the General Meeting of Shareholders No. SK.017/DI-DAM/DO/2025 dated June 18, 2025.

Professional Background & Expertise
Arsyadany began his career at PLN in 2006 as a Senior SCADA IT Specialist at the Bali Distribution Control Area. He has since held a wide range of strategic positions in distribution, system planning, corporate communication, and asset management, including Manager of Distribution Control Area for Central Java, Manager of Distribution Control Unit in East Java, Senior Manager of Planning for PLN UIW NTB, and Vice President of Public Relations in the Corporate Communication & CSR Division. He later served as Executive Vice President of Stakeholder Management and BoD Support, as well as EVP for General Affairs and Property Assets, before being appointed as Director of Distribution. With expertise in power distribution, operational leadership, stakeholder management, public communication, and asset optimization, Arsyadany plays a key role in enhancing PLN’s distribution reliability and improving customer service excellence.
